Geekiness Shines Through

Sooo... I'm a bit of a geek, I love Twilight, cannot help myself I love it!

And today I found out the house from New Moon is For Sale so I thought I would share some pictures of the house.. you may recognise the picture above from the movie, but the rest of the house is really gorgeous!

Love the fireplace above and love that it is amongst the trees!

It is only $2.3 million... which is a bargain really.

It reminds me a little of the place where my fiance & I got engaged. So if I lived in Canada and had that much money spare I would definitely buy this home. In the meantime I'll just watch New Moon (again!)

Taylor Swift's Home

Swift gushed to Rolling Stone about her renovation plans for the luxurious 18-story Adelicia apartment building. They're imaginative, to say the least;

"You step on a stepping stone in the pond in order to get on a spiral staircase, which take you up to the human-sized bird cage observatory," Taylor told the magazine. "They're delivering a human-sized birdcage, which I'll put a brass telescope in. The ceiling of my living room is painted like the night sky."

I don't know about you, but I am keen to see picture of her home when it is finished, it sounds amazing!

Elton John's Home

Do you ever think about what you would do to your home if money were not an option, I know I am always thinking that. Sometimes it feels like my favourite saying are "I wish..." or "One day..." but here are some photos of a home where I am pretty sure money was not a factor in the design and creation. It is Sir Elton John's home, and as you can see from the pictures it is very inspiring (and very over the top). My favourite is definately the 'snake-wall', what do you think?
