Welcome to Friday! Are you as excited as I am to be at this end of the week? Wondering what you can get up to on this June weekend in the middle of winter?
On Friday (that's today), you should head to the Ohaka Farmer's Market, the market is set in the beautiful country Ohaka Domain! We a fabulous Artisan market every Friday.
On Sunday you should head over to Riccarton Bush for their Sunday Artisan Market. The gorgeous grounds play host to a plethora of designers every Sunday.
Workshop wise, head to the Make Cafe on Saturday for a session on 'Making a Messenger Bag', for intermediate sewers who wish to learn a few new tricks; AND... Made by Me, also have some fun beading action going down!

The Ohoka Farmers market is wonderful, especially with kids. There is a play area, horses to feed in the field, an adventurous bike park for little kids and many of the stalls do kids-sized gourmet treats. there is also a beautiful and short enough for little legs walk by the Ohoka stream very close by. and the stalls are class. Can you tell i love it there?!
