I am not one of those harry potter freaks who like dress up etc, but I do adore the books.
I thought it was fantastic. Not linguistically brilliant, if it ever makes it on the literary cannon I will cry, but the story really was magical and engaging. Perfection :).
My only criticism would be the very last chapter. It seemed very forced. Almost written in a way that children finish their stories. I know the book does not scream realism but to an extent it was believable. Part of you could actually believe in the world, until the end. She essentially ended it with "and they all lived happily ever after. The End."
