HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

To all the lovers of Design and to everyone else.. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

And as a special treat to remind you all (me included) of the importance and relevance of love this Valentines Day a sneak peak into the Wedding Photos 'Vault'....
Dad and I walking down the 'aisle'
The exhanging of rings
Just after the ceremony
The family on the beach, you can see the rain rolling in and about to hit!!
Brad and I, I had bought a really gorgeous pair of heels to wear to the ceremony, but the week before we went up to Noosa to check everything over and I felt that it would be too difficult to traipse around in heels on the sand and in the rocks etc. So at the last minute I bought a white pair of 'Jandals' or 'Thongs', and changed into the heels later on!
As you can see the rain has finally started pelting...
This is what the weather was like for the rest of the afternoon! Unfortunately that is Brad's Dad aka our Chauffer/ assistant camera man going to get the car and getting absolutely saturated!! We had planned on having most of our photos outdoors but Mother Nature had other ideas! I am told, that at 1.10pm when I was supposed to be at the ceremony (but I, was of course late..oops!) there was a single ray of sunshine shining down where we had the wedding ceremony. It was the only sunshine spotted the whole day!!
Brad and his bestman Sam
The first dance, I'd changed into my Marc Jacobs dress and high heels by this stage.

This is a bit silly, but I LOVE it!! BTW... that is a MOJITO!! Nom, nom, nom!
Our going-away 'car', LOL! We didn't actually row home! Between the photo above of Brad's Dad running for the car and this photo of us leaving with a bottle of champers at the end of the night, that is how long it took for there to be a break in the storm!!

I have many, many photos and because I haven't had a chance to look through them all properly yet I haven't decided which are my favourites, but this definitely gives you an overview of what our special day was all about! And for those of you who are interested, once I get my computer back and upload onto Facebook I will send you a link to the pictures so you can have a proper looksie!

Once again HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

Your dress is beautiful! When I first saw the photo, I thought it must be of grandparents with it's vintage feel. Beautiful wedding!
